Peyton's Blanket

I had to post this first picture of Peyton, if you cant tell he is in love with this blanket. I begged my mom to make a really nice blanket for him and this blanket is big and really soft. Peyton's favorite thing is to be in his diaper only and be all snuggled up in this blanket. He instantly falls asleep when we put him in it. In this picture he has a hold of the blanket and he kept turning his head, rubbing the blanket back and forth on his face. It was so funny and so cute. The other pictures are random pictures just for fun.

My boys

So I know I'm crazy, but I took the boys to get their pictures taken. Dont judge me! The hospital didn't offer to do Peyton's baby picture and Target was doing a dang good deal. They were offering sheets for $3.99, no sitting fee, and you didn't have to buy a package or anything. I couldn't pass it up. They turned out pretty good, of course me being obsessed with pictures I dont think they are the best. When we first started we had a hard time with Peyton because he was hungry, so we got him fed, then Corbin decided to be notty. I guess I have to take what I can get though. All I can say is I love my boys!

Peyton Curtis Persson

Welp, the end finally came and its all begining now! We are super excited to finally welcome Peyton to our family. He was born August 17th 2009 at 9:16pm. He weighed 7lbs 1oz and 20in long. We were surprised by our doctor when when we went in for our normal weekly check up, I should first start out saying my mom came with me to this doctors appointment because Pat had flights all day, so we think my mom was the good luck charm. During my check up the doctor wasn't happy with how high my blood pressure was so she sent me straight to labor and delivery and told me to not make any stops along the way. Right away I start calling Pat and of course he doesn't answer because he was in the air. So they get me all set up in my room and all hooked up, by time I was hooked up and they started the patosin, I was dialted to a 3 and 80% thinned. Again we tried calling Pat but no luck. After an hour on the patosin we finally got a hold of Pat and while on the phone with him my water broke. Things moved very quickly. I was nervous Pat wasn't going to make it. He did finally get there and I got my eupederal. Once I got that, I sat at a 5 for a while and then within an hour I went from a 5 to a 10. Unfortunetly for me, my doctor was in the next room delivering another baby, so they told me not to push. I sat there for about 20 mintues. My doc finally came in. I took 2 big pushes and he was out. Only 5 1/2 hours of total labor. It all went so fast! I feels so great to have him out though. I am super excited for whats to come with my house full of boys. Here are a few pics. I will be putting lots more on with the weeks to come.

4th of July

Ok so we know i suck a blogging so I have decided to not make up excuses, because it is what it is.
So this is some of the fun we had on the 4th of July. Luckly this year I lived about 3 blocks from Layton High so we were able to do everything without having to find a parking spot. To bad we didn't take advantage of it. We went to the Clearfield parade because Tiff and her family got to ride on the fire trucks and they invited Corbin with them. Then we hung out at my house and let the kids play in the water and slip and slide. After that we bummed around the mall for a little bit. Then we went back to my house and had a BBQ, then we all hung out until the fire works, which we were able to watch from our front yard. It wasn't the best view. We did have a few trees in our way, but it was worth it to just walk in the house after and go straight to bed and not fight traffic. Over all it was a good 4th of July.

We finally have internet!

Sorry its been a while. We tried to go with out internet for a couple months, but then I gave in. Pat's flying is picking up a little more now, with the good weather so he needs internet to check his flights. I guessI will give a little update on the past couple months. Like I said Pat is flying more now and we are hoping it stays that way. He is waiting to find out if Corner Stone is getting a bunch of chinese students in August. He should be finding out in a couple weeks. We are really hoping for this, cause this is where he would build the most hours. Corbin is doing good. He is definatly a momma's boy. Right now he is trying to learn the ABC song and Itsy Bitsy Spider. His favorite song on the radio is Poker face. Not to sure how that happened. I finally let him go up flying with Pat for the first time a couple weeks ago and he went again with his grandpa for his grandpa's birthday. He is a grandpa's boy too.

As far as I go, I am doing alot better. My heart seems to be healing correctly. The last check up was a month and a half ago and everything looked good. I go in for my last check up on May 21st. They have to do the same tests on me as they did when they were checking for the hole. If no bubbles or very few bubbles pass through to the other side then my heart has healed. At that point they will finally let me off the Lovenox shots. I have been giving myself those everyday twice a day since January. Actually Pat gives them to me but we are ready to be done with them.
As far as pregnancy goes everything seems ok there. We are excited to be having another boy. Poor Corbin is surrounded by girls! He needs a little guy to run around with. I have about 3 and a half more months, but if I have anything to say about it, I only have about 3 months. Well thats it for now. You will definatly be hearing alot more from me.
