Why God? Why?!
I took Peyton to the doctors today, hoping to get his 6 month well check done, only to find out he is now on his 4th ear infection (both ears). The doctor said he is well on his way to having 6 this year which means he will get tubes put in. I wish they would just put them in now and save Peyton and Me the trouble of having to go through 2 more ear infections, but the doc says its best. Whatever! So I am not able to post how his growth is progressing on this post. I will say though, he seems to be progressing just fine to me! He is full on sitting up by himself with no tip overs, He thinks he needs to crawl too, but I am so thankful he hasn't yet! I give him another month and will probably be posting about him crawling. He loves being a big boy and sitting at the table with us for dinner. He is a very good eater when it comes to baby food. He is still such a happy, calm, and content boy. He will usually just chill as long as he can be in the same room as you. I am so in love with this baby boy, he makes my heart melt everyday. Even though I am sad he is growing up so fast, I cant wait to see what the next 6 months bring!Friday, February 12, 2010
Mix Up in Heaven

This picture doesn't really match the ones of Katelynn, but I had to throw it in there because this is a picture of Peyton thinking he needs to start trying to learn to crawl. Little terd! The dang kid isn't even 6 months old yet. I guess the poor kid just sees everyone else running around and thinks he needs to do it too. I am trying to prevent him from crawling as much as possible. I dont care if I am a bad mom for trying to hold him back, ALRIGHT?! He needs to stop growing up so fast!
K I know this it totally Ghetto that I took a picture of a picture, but I think this picture shows the difference between them. I dont have a scanner to scan this picture for a better look, but you can kinda see it. We took this picture for a Christmas present for my parents. Its the first picture with all the grandkids.Monday, February 8, 2010

My boys!

Alot of people say how much Corbin and Peyton look like brothers, but I dont see it at all! They are so oppisite to me. Peyton is so different as a baby then Corbin was. Corbin was a very cheerful, loved to be around everyone, very happy baby. Dont get me wrong Peyton is that way too, but he is alot more chill and relax. We had a hard time getting him to smile because he was just chillin, hanging out, wondering what was going on. He didn't like the feather duster thing they use to get them to smile. He would scream a high pitched scream everytime she took it out. Who would have thought a feather duster could make the parents laugh so hard! He also didn't like when she would get to loud and make funny noises. He wanted her to just smile at him and be calm. It was very interesting to see Peyton react to this situation. Its alot of fun to have oppisite boys. I am just glad they are both very happy and easy kids!

1 Year
Now that its all over and its officially been a year, I am excited to know that its all behind me. I did have a little anxiety over the last couple days just because again me and my mom were shopping at the Layton Mall on New Years eve, but it was comforting to know all was fine. Whenever I look at Peyton I cant help but think how he saved my life. The doctor told me 1 in 4 people have a hole in there heart and dont know about it until they have a massive stroke and eventually I would have had one and could have been severley handicapped, had this not all happened. I love Peyton so much! He is such a blessing in my life and such a sweet spirit. I cant believe how good of a baby he is. We joke that he is so calm and content because he was so drugged up on Morphine and all the other drugs they had me on during all this. Now that its a New Year, I am just hoping for a Health issue free year!
